摘  要:以黄瓜品种津优1号为试材,采用水培方法研究了水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)、壳聚糖(chitosan,CTS)对盐胁迫下黄瓜叶片光合作用的影响,测定了黄瓜叶片光合参数、叶绿素含量等指标。盐胁迫降低了黄瓜叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、胞间CO2体积分数、气孔导度等,叶绿素a+b含量、净光合速率分别比清水对照降低28.1%、58.8%。SA、CTS单一或共同处理增加了盐胁迫下黄瓜叶片叶绿素含量,降低了净光合速率、胞间CO2体积分数、气孔导度的下降幅度,SA、CTS共同处理的作用效果大于SA、CTS单一处理,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b含量及净光合速率分别比盐胁迫对照增加38.3%、37.2%、37.9%、77.8%。SA与CTS对盐胁迫下黄瓜叶片叶绿素含量及净光合速率、胞间CO2体积分数、气孔导度均存在显著或极显著的互作效应。Chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters were determined to study the effect of salicylic acid(SA) and chitosan(CTS) on photosynthesis of cucumber leaf under salt stress.Chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate decreased by 28.1%,58.8% under salt stress.Independent or integrated treatments of SA and CTS increased chlorophyll content,alleviated decrease range of photosynthetic parameters of cucumber leaf under salt stress.Effect of integrated treatment of SA and CTS was greater than that of independent treatment of them,contents of Chl a,Chl b,Chl a+b,and net photosynthetic rate increased by 38.3%,37.2%,37.9%,and 77.8% respectively compared with salt stress treatment.Significant or extremely significant interaction of SA and CTS was observed considering chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and intercellular CO2 concentration.
