摘 要:选用高硅含量的乙烯基硅氧烷与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯单体共聚,通过种子乳液聚合方法制备具有核壳结构的有机硅/苯丙共聚乳液。采用TEM、FTIR、DSC以及TG等分析测试方法对共聚乳液的粒子形态、化学结构以及热稳定性进行表征。结果表明,该乙烯基硅氧烷与丙烯酸酯单体共聚性好,共聚乳液中乳胶粒子具有明显的核壳结构。共聚产物的初始热分解温度随乙烯基硅氧烷单体添加量的增加而显著提高。采用浆内添加和浸渍两种方式,探讨自制硅丙乳液对纸页的增强作用。Silicone/styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization, selecting vinyl-siloxane with high silicon content copolymerized with styrene and acrylate monomers. The morphology of the latex, the chemical structure and thermal stability of the copolymers were characterized by the methods of TEM, FTIR, DSC and TG. The results showed that the vinyl-siloxane and acrylate monomers were well copolymerized in the preparation of the emulsion and the particles exhibited an obvious core-shell structure. Furthermore, the initial thermal decomposition temperature of the copolymers increasesd significantly with the increase of the the vinyl-siloxane monomer dosage, and the thermal stability of the copolymers were improved obviously. Furthermore, the strengthening of the silicone/styrene-acylate copolymer emulsions on papers by addition in the pulps or impregnation were investigated as well.
