心脑血管病患者红细胞聚集性和变形性的测定与分析

摘　　要：通过对100例心脑血管病患者进行红细胞聚集指数和红细胞变形指数的检测分析,表明红细胞变形能力的降低和红细胞的高度聚集所引起的全血黏度的增高,从而导致微循环血流状态改变。因此,该检测结果对指导心脑血管疾病以及其他一些疾病的诊断、治疗和预后判断,都有十分重要的实际意义。By the Analysis of erythrocyte aggregation index and the detection of red blood cell deformability index for the 100 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases show that viscosity increasing of whole blood causes by reducing red blood cell deformability and the high erythrocyte aggregation,so the microcirculation blood flow is changed.Therefore,it might be great practical significance to guide cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,and some other diseases,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
