银杏总内酯控释小丸的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:制备银杏内酯控释小丸。方法:采用流化小丸包衣技术,以Aquacoat(水性包衣液为控释材料,DSB为增塑剂,HPMC为致孔剂,结合影响小丸释放度的因素考察,建立银杏总内酯控释小丸最佳制备工艺。结果:制备的控释小丸具有较好的释放度,达到了控释目的。结论:该工艺可用于工业化生产。Objective ： To study the preparation technique of total lactone of Ginkgo controlled release pellet. Methods ： Aquacoat as controlled release material, DBS as plasticizer, HPMC as diffusion promoter, the best manufacture technique was got according to the factors affecting the release of the pellet. Results ： The controlled release, pellet had good release rate and achieved the aim of controlling release. Conclusion： The technique could be used for industrialization production.
