粤西某高校教职工2型糖尿病危险因素分析及护理干预

摘　　要：目的分析粤西某高校教职工2型糖尿病(DM)患病情况及其主要危险因素,为职业人群的防治提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某高校教职工30岁以上常住人口为调查对象,进行现况调查1000人。结果(1)DM患病率为8.10%,糖耐量低减(IGT)患病率为13.50%。按性别划分,DM患病率男、女分别为10.64%,9.39%;IGT患病率男、女分别为16.69%,15.33%。随年龄增加DM和IGT患病率逐渐增加,50岁以上DM患病率达14.56%;(2)超重现象严重,超重和肥胖率为44.50%,腹型肥胖率为33.90%。随体重指数增加,DM和IGT患病率逐渐增高。肥胖和超重的患病率与年龄呈正相关(P<0.01),2型DM患病率均随BMI升高而增高(P<0.01);(3)调查人群中肥胖人群高血压患病率49.08%。结论在高校社区人群中,DM患病率已处于较高水平,随年龄增长糖尿病患病率逐渐增加,超重和肥胖、高血压是DM发生的危险因素,倡导健康合理的膳食习惯,控制血压、体重是预防2型DM发生的重要措施。Objective To analyze the type 2 diabetes patients＇ situation and main risk factors,and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment.Methods Select faculty members of resident population of over 30 years old randomly in one college.Results（1） Diabetes prevalence rate of 8.10%,IGT prevalence of 13.5%.By sex,diabetes prevalence rate of male and female were 10.64%,9.39%;IGT prevalence rate of male and female were 16.69%,15.33%.Increased with age of diabetes and IGT prevalence rate of gradual increase in prevalence of diabetes over the age of 50 up to 14.56%;（2） The phenomenon of serious overweight,overweight and obesity rate was 44.50%,abdominal obesity rate of 33.90%.Both men and women with body mass index increase in diabetes and IGT prevalence rate increased gradually.The prevalence of obesity and overweight was positively correlated with age（P〈 0.01）,2 prevalence rate of diabetes increased with BMI but increased（P 〈0.01）;（3） Obesity communities by hypertension prevalence rate of 49.08%.Conclusion In college communities,Diabetes prevalence rates have been at a high level.With age rise,the morbidity of diabetes gradually increased.And overweight,obesity,hypertension are risk factors of diabetes.So it is important measures of advocating a healthy and reasonable diet habits,controling blood pressure,body weight to prevent type 2 diabetes occurred.
