两种不同表面麻醉方式在纤维鼻咽喉镜检查中效果的比较

摘　　要：目的对直接喷雾和氧气雾化吸入给药方式进行表面麻醉在纤维鼻咽喉镜检查术中麻醉效果的比较。方法将160例行纤维鼻咽喉镜检查术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组80例。实验组采用氧气雾化吸入给药方式,对照组采用直接喷雾给药方式,从咽反射消失、达到麻醉的有效时间、平均耗药量、患者接受用药方式舒适度等方面比较。结果两组咽反射消失及麻醉效果比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论氧气雾化吸入方式进行表面麻醉在纤维鼻咽喉镜检查手术中的效果优于直接喷雾方式,有效减轻患者心理和躯体应激反应的发生,提高患者对纤维鼻咽喉镜检查手术的耐受性。Objective To compare the anesthesia effect by spraying directly with the oxygen atomization inspiration in the examination of textile fiber nasopharynx laryngoscope with other way.Methods Examines the technique patient 160 routine textile fiber nasopharynx laryngoscope to divide into the experimental group and the control group stochastically,each group of 80 examples.The oxygen atomization inspiration for the formula type for the experimental group,the direct atomization for the formula type is a control group.And carry on the contrastive analysis.Results From swallows reflection vanishing,to achieve the anesthesia the working life,the average to consume the dose,the patient to accept aspect comparisons and so on medication way comfort level,the research demonstrated that the experimental group effectiveness is higher than the control group obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The oxygen atomization inspiration way carries on the topical anesthesia when the textile fiber nasopharynx laryngoscope examines the surgery the effect surpasses sprays the way directly,reduces patient＇s psychological and the body stress response occurrence effectively,enhances the patient to examine surgery＇s tolerance to the textile fiber nasopharynx laryngoscope.
