摘　　要：建设一个现代化的图书馆,不仅仅只是馆舍和馆藏的建设,更应该从人性化的方面去考虑。试从环境塑造的人性化、读者服务的人性化、馆员管理的人性化三个方面来探讨如何建设人性化的高校图书馆。Building a modern library means not only the construction of the premises and collections,but also the consideration and practice of humanity.A discussion is carried out on how to build a humane university library through creating humane environment,offering humane service to readers and exercising humane internal management.
