摘　　要：目的:探讨调亡抑制蛋白Livin和Survivin在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达及它们之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Livin、Survivin在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达。结果:Livin蛋白在多发性骨髓瘤中的阳性表达率为53.33%,Survivin在多发性骨髓瘤中的阳性表达率为62.22%,二者在正常骨髓中均未见表达;Livin与Survivin阳性表达与患者发病、病程和β2-MG水平有相关性,但与患者的病期无关;Livin的表达与Survivin的表达呈正相关。结论:Livin、Survivin可作为判断多发性骨髓瘤预后的重要参考指标。Objective：To investigate whether there are expressions of Livin and Survivin in multiple myeloma（MM） and to observe the correlation between Livin and Survivin.Methods：The expressions of Livin and Survivin in MM were observed with immunocytochemistry.Results：The expression rates of Livin and Survivin in MM were 53.33% and 62.22%,respectively.Neither of them was expressed in normal bone marrow.The expressions of Livin and Survivin were related to disease course and β2-MG level,unrelated to stage of disease.The expressions of Livin and Survivin were positive correlation.Conclusion：Livin and Survivin can be as the indicators for predicting prognosis of MM.
