摘  要:为了探讨热应激对奶牛瘤胃纤维分解菌的影响。选择48头产奶母牛,按照因子试验设计分为中期和后期、高产和中产、初产和经产牛。奶牛经历一周热应激后,采集瘤胃液,利用RT-PCR定量6种纤维分解菌的含量。结果显示,泌乳后期牛与中期牛相比,瘤胃液中黄色瘤胃球菌(Ruminococcus flavefaciens)高13.9%、栖瘤胃普雷沃氏菌(Prevotella ruminicola)高5.3%、总瘤胃球菌(Genus-level ruminicola)高3.7%。高产牛与中产牛相比,栖瘤胃普雷沃氏菌(Prevotella ruminicola)高14.4%、黄色瘤胃球菌高12.6%。经产牛与初产牛相比,黄色瘤胃球菌高12.6%、栖瘤胃普雷沃氏菌高3.2%、琥珀酸丝状杆菌(Fibrobacter succinogene)高2.4%、白色瘤胃球菌(Genus prevotella)高2.1%。在热应激状下,奶牛瘤胃中黄色瘤胃球菌和栖瘤胃普雷沃氏菌变化较大。Forty eight cows were assigned to mid-stage or late-stage, high producing or medium producing, primiparous or multiparous groups by a factorial design.Rumen fluid was sampled 5 h in the morning postfeeding via oral cavity with stomach-tube when the THI of barn was continuously high than 72 for one week.The real-time PCR was employed with the specific primers targeting 16S rDNA genes of the fermentation bacteria to test the abundance of six cellulytic bacteria.The quantities of Ruminococcus flavefaciens, Prevotella ruminicola and Genus-level ruminicola was 13.9%, 5.3% and 3.7% higher for late-stage than mid-stage cow, respectively.The quantities of P.ruminicola and R.flavefaciens was 14.4% and 12.6% higher for high producing cow than medium producing cow, respectively.The quantities of R.flavefaciens, P.ruminicola, Fibrobacter succinogene and R.albus was 12.6%, 3.2%, 2.4% and 2.1% higher for multiparuos than primiparous cow, respectively.In summary, there is a variance for R.flavefaciens and P.ruminicola in lactating dairy cows under heat stress.
