美国批准首个植物药对中药非临床药效学评价的借鉴作用

摘　　要：2006年,美国食品和药物管理局批准了首个植物药veregen。本文结合veregen申请临床研究时提供的非临床药效学实验资料及我国中药非临床有效性的评价现状,分析veregen的批准对中药药效学研究的借鉴作用。Veregen is the first botanical drug product approved by U. S. Food and Drug Administration （FDA） in 2006. Based on the non-clinical pharmacodynamics documentation of veregen submitted to the FDA in investigational new drug applications, the paper stated FDA＇s thinking on non-clinical pharmacodynamics evaluation of botanical drug product, and its reference to drug development of Chinese herbs.
