摘  要:目的:观察GCDFP-15在腋臭微创手术后大汗腺残余组织中的表达,判断手术是否彻底或吸刮过度的情况。方法:收集284例(双侧)腋臭微创手术刮出物标本,同时随机提取术后双侧腋窝0.2 cm×0.2 cm皮肤组织,用GCDFP-15进行免疫组织化学检测,判断微创术后大汗腺残留情况。结果:吸出物中均含有大量大汗腺并表达GCDFP-15,表达率100%,小汗腺不表达GCDFP-15;提取皮肤组织中有143例可见大汗腺导管,128例表达GCDFP-15(P>0.05),29例有可疑大汗腺残留,GCDFP-15标记3例为阳性(P<0.01)。结论:GCDFP-15在腋臭微创手术后残余大汗腺中有特异表达,可作为判断微创手术效果的病理依据。Objective:To find out whether the operation is complete or excessive curetting exists in microinvasive surgery by observing the expression of GCDFP-15 in the residual apocrine of axillary bromhidrosis.Methods: The apocrine sweat glaud(ASG) samples sucked out of axillary in 284(bilateral) bromhidrosis microinvasive cases were collected and 0.2 cm×0.2 cm skin tissues were randomly taken from both sides after operation.GCDFP-15 expression was detected with immunohistochemical staining method,and the postoperative residual ASG status was analyzed.Results: All of the extracted substance contained a large number of ASG.All of them expressed GCDFP-15,and the expression rate was 100%.Eccrine sweat glands did not express GCDFP-15;Extracted ASG duct could be seen in skin tissue of 143 cases by using HE staining method,and 128 cases of them expressed GCDFP-15(P0.05);Uncertain residual ASG could be seen in skin tissue of 29 cases by HE staining,and 3 of them were proved GCDFP-15 positive expression(P0.01).Conclusions: GCDFP-15 has specific expression in axillary bromhidrosis ASG residual of microinvasive surgery,and it could be used as pathological basis for evaluation of operation results.
