换热器温差场均匀性分析

摘　　要：结合顺、逆流换热器，对温差场的均匀程度进行了研究．提出了传热效能与温差场不均匀因子之间的关联式，该式的计算结果与有关文献数值计算的结果符合较好．在相同传热单元数和热容量流比的情况下，换热器的温差场越均匀，其传热效能越高，验证了温差场均匀性原则的正确性．The uniformity of temperature difference field(TDF) is studied for parallel flow and counterflow heat exchanger. Quantitative relationship of the nonuniformity factor of TDF to heat transfer effectiveness is presented. It coincides well with the numerical results of related reference. It can be concluded that, the more uniform the TDF in heat exchanger, the higher the heat transfer effectiveness for the given number of heat transfer units and heat capacity rate ratio. The procedure is validated.
