摘　　要：本文以人民日报记者博客为例,探讨在新媒体技术广泛运用于新闻传播的新时期,传统媒体的新闻编辑如何利用记者博客辅助新闻报道、开展业务研讨、促进互动传播和媒体融合。This article is a case study of journalists and editors＇ blogs on the website of www.people.com, doing research on how the news editors in traditional media utilize journalist blogs to support news reporting, discuss profession skills, and promote interactive communications and media convergence in the new period when new media tectmology is widely used in news dissemination.
