摘　　要：综述蓝藻分子系统学的研究成果及进展，包括①目前用于蓝藻分子系统学研究的基因种类以及这些基因进化的结构规律，ＰＣＩＧＳ，１６ＳｒＲＮＡ和ＩＳＲ序列分析在蓝藻系统发育研究中取得的重要结果；②用于蓝藻分子系统学研究的方法及其应用；③有毒微囊藻属的分子系统学研究进展．Reviewed in the present paper are three most important factors stimulating the developing of molecular systematics:the evolution rules of increasing number of genes widely used in molecular systematics of Cyanobacteria,respective enumeration of some exciting results in molecular phylogeny constructed from sequence analysis of PC IGS,16S rRNA and ISR;the methods applied in the research of molecular systematics of Cyanobacteria;the progress in the developing of molecular systimatics of toxic microcystis.
