摘 要:测定了木兰科等14种植物的叶绿体matK基因的一段长1039碱基对的序列.最大同源性分析构建的系统树图建议:①与一般的分类系统的结果一致,含笑属的3个种间具有极高的同源性;②合果木属、观光木属与含笑属之间的同源性也很高,建议它们有可能可以归为同一亚族,甚至归为同一属;③与一般分类系统相反,长蕊木兰属与木兰属的关系较远而与含笑属极接近,故有可能归入含笑亚族.The sequences of a segment of the mat K gene from 14 species of the Subtribe Micheliinae and the related groups of Magnoliaceae were analyzed in this study The phylogenetic trees based on the maximum homological analysis suggested:① Consistent with the former systems, the three species within the genera Michelia were extremely homologious ② Paramichelia and Tsoongiodendron were also highly conservative to Michelia which suggested they would be treated as the same subtribe, or even as the same genera ③ Contrast to former classifications, Alcimandra was much closer to Michelia than to Magnolia, and it could be classified in the subtribe Micheliinae
