摘　　要：远程医疗系统模型的研究对远程医疗系统的实施具有十分重要的意义，一个好的模型不仅可更有效地实施远程医疗应用，而且可降低系统的成本。针对远程医疗系统的特点，通过引入通讯服务和系统服务概念，提出了一个基于消息驱动的客户／服务器结构模型，并分层讨论了该结构模型的原理和方法。最后针对一个远程心电和血压监护实例，描述了在Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ和Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５环境下基于该模型系统的具体实现。其结果表明，该模型具有很好的扩展特性和易于实现的特点。The study of telemedicine system models plays an important part in the telemedicine applications. A good model not only makes efficient implementation of telemedicine applications, but also reduces the expense of systems. To meet the requirement of telemedicine system, by introducing services of communication and system, a client/server model driven by messages is presented, and the principle and methods about the model are discussed layer by layer. At last, an example of telemedicine applications which has been implemented in the environment of Internet and Microsoft Windows 95 is given out. The result of the application indicates that the model has excellent expansibility and the feature easy to implement.
