摘　　要：文章介绍了美国从20世纪30年代至今针对中低收入阶层的住房保障政策,并通过供给和需求两个角度来分析美国在不同阶段采取不同住房保障模式的历史原因。结合中国现状指出美国住房保障对中国的借鉴意义。This paper introduced housing security policies in the United States which focus on medium or low-income stratum from 1930s till now. The historical reasons were analyzed to explain why different housing security models are adopted at different stages in the U.S. from the perspectives of supply and demand. The significance of the research on the U.S. housing security was pointed out as a reference for China based on China＇s current situation.
