摘 要:目的:了解我国临床革兰阴性菌(G^-)对哌拉西林(PIP)的耐药动态。方法:利用中国知网检索相关文献,文献中的数据按不同地区、不同年份、不同种类菌株进行归类、计算和分析。结果:共筛选到文献104篇。经分析,2000~2007年,G^-菌和肠杆菌科细菌对PIP的耐药率逐年递增,非发酵G^-菌的耐药率不同年代间存在比较大的波动。肠杆菌的耐药率要高于非发酵G^-菌。不同地区、不同年份以及不同种类细菌对PIP的耐药性强弱、耐药性变化趋势上存在差异。结论:2000~2007年,我国临床G^-菌和肠杆菌科细菌对PIP的耐药率呈逐年上升趋势,而非发酵G^-菌的耐药性在不同地区、不同年份有集中爆发的趋势。Objective: To investigate piperacillin resistance of clinically isolated Gram-negative bacterial strains. Method: All references related to piperacillin resistance were retrieved through the internet CNKI. The resistance rates of different types of bacteria from various regions and years were re-calculated. Result: 104 documents were eventually chosen. The results showed that the resistant rates of Gram-negative bacterial strains and Enterobaeteriaeeae had been increasing year by year,while the resistance rates of Gram-negative bacterial strains fluctuated during different years from 2000 to 2007. However, the resistance rates of Enterobacteriaeeae to piperacillin were higher than those ofnon-fermentative Gramnegative bacterial strains. The resistance rates to piperacillin were different among types of bacteria, regions and years. Conclusion: The resistance rates of clinical Gram-negative bacteria and Enterobacteriaceae to piperacillin showed an upward tendency year by year in China from 2000 to 2007. However, the resistance of non-fermentative Gram-negative bacteria had an outbreak tendency in some regions and years.
