摘  要:分析了具有负重合量的气动伺服阀特性及各节流口的流动形式.理论分析和实验结果表明:具有均等负重合量的气动伺服阀的零位压力约为供气压力的80%;当供气侧对称不均等负重合量小于排气侧负重合量时,零位压力小于供气压力的80%;当供气侧对称不均等负重合量大于排气侧负重合量时,零位压力大于供气压力的80%;具有对称均等负重合量或对称不均等负重合量的伺服阀的最大泄漏量发生在零位附近.A pneumatic servovalve with even underlaps or uneven underlaps and its characteristics of control orifices were discussed.The pressure of the steadystate working point at x=0 is as much as 80% of the supply pressure for a servovalve with symmetric and even underlaps of the spool valve.But it is less than 80% of the supply pressure for a servovalve with symmetric but uneven underlaps where the underlaps of upstream is less than that of downstream.And it is larger than 80% of the supply pressure for a servovalve with symmetric but uneven underlaps where the underlaps of upstream is larger than that of downstream.Either a pneumatic servovalve with symmetric and even underlaps,or a pneumatic servovalve with symmetric and uneven underlaps has maximal leakage flow rate on neutral position of the spool valve.The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
