摘  要:目前,随着中国氟化工行业的高速发展,萤石资源愈加枯竭,合理回收利用磷矿中丰富的氟资源日渐重要。在综述中国氟资源状况及磷化工副产氟硅酸利用现状的基础上,通过比较由氟硅酸生产的各种氟化工产品的市场情况,提出制备无水氟化氢是氟硅酸利用的最佳用途。详细评述了国内外氟硅酸制备无水氟化氢的各种专利技术以及四川大学在由磷化工副产氟硅酸生产无水氟化氢方面所取得的研究成果,针对氟硅酸制备无水氟化氢工艺所存在的问题提出了相应对策和建议。With high-speed development of China′s fluorine industry,fluorine resources would be rapidly exhausted.Therefore how to recover and utilize the abundant fluorine resources existing in phosphate rocks became more and more important.Status of fluorine resources and current utilization situation of fluorosilicic acid by-produced from phosphorus chemical industry in China were summarized,and production of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride(AHF) as the best utilization way of fluorosilicic acid was put forward by comparing market situation of various kinds of fluorine-based chemicals made from fluorosilicic acid.In addition,some patents on AHF at home and abroad and research achievements in production of AHF from by-produced fluorosilicic acid at Sichuan University were reviewed in detail.At last,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in order to solve the existing problems in production of AHF from fluorosilicic acid.
