摘 要:电石作为煤炭清洁化的一个主要中间产品,广泛应用于合成苯、橡胶、聚氯乙烯、聚乙炔等有机化工产品。介绍了电石工业生产现状,分析了工业上电热法合成电石工艺技术路线,指出了电热法生产电石高能耗、高污染的原因和目前研究工作的缺陷。概述了国内外电石研究现状,着重介绍了各种电石合成工艺进展及电石合成过程中加热方式的进步,重点介绍了可供借鉴的各种碳化物的催化合成方法。在此基础上,提出了催化法合成电石新工艺的可能性,分析了催化法合成电石的优势,提出催化合成电石将会是电石工业发展的方向。Calcium carbide,widely applied in synthesis of organic chemical products,such as benzene,rubber,polyvinyl chloride,and polyacetylene,is a main intermediate product of clean coal utilization.Current status of industrial calcium carbide production was introduced,technical route of industrially producing calcium carbide by electrothermal process was analyzed and the causes for high energy consumption and pollution of this process as well as the problems in research at present were pointed out.Current research status of calcium carbide at home and abroad was summarized.Research progress in various calcium carbide synthesis processes and advances in heating mode of the synthesis were highlighted.Especially,methods of catalytic synthesis of different carbides were introduced in detail.On that basis,possibility and advantages of catalytic synthesis process as a new method to produce calcium carbide were pointed out and analyzed.The prcoess will be the development direction of calcium carbide industry.
