摘　　要：从低碳建筑开发的全寿命周期角度出发,对各开发阶段之间的内在作用机理进行探讨,其中有正向作用与逆向作用之分,二者构成了开发阶段间的互动性,指出把握其中的互动性、从而进行全局考虑,是低碳建筑开发获得成功的关键所在。In this paper,the intrinsic mechanism between various stages of low-carbon building development is ana- lyzed from the perspective of whole life cycle.Moreover,the interaction between the whole development process had been differentiated by the positive and reverse effects.Finally,it points out that grasping the interaction and taking a comprehensive consideration is the key to succeed in the low-carbon building development.
