摘　　要：简述了土地影子价格的构成、测算方法及其影响因素,例举了市政工程土地影子价格的差异对经济费用效益分析的影响,阐明了市政工程土地影子价格的作用及其重要性。The paper analyzes the constitutions,calculating methods and its influencing factors of land shadow price,takes an example to elaborate influences of public works shadow price difference on economic cost effective- ness analysis,expounds the function and importance of public works shadow price.
