摘  要:铸造数值模拟软件价格昂贵,中小型铸造企业难以使用CAE技术提高铸件质量,并与国际接轨。采用B/S逻辑结构,实现可提供远程铸造CAE技术服务的平台开发,并进行实例运行。实践证明,平台利用网络技术,结合铸造数值模拟软件MAGMAsoft,为中小型铸造企业提供远程CAE技术服务,不仅能方便、快捷地帮助企业分析缺陷、改进设计,提高生产效率及产品的质量,还可以降低企业使用CAE技术的成本与铸造成本。Numerical simulation software for foundry process is too expensive for small and medium enterprises of foundry, which resulted in the failure of CAE technology in helping enterprises to improve the quality of casting so as to meet the international standards. The development program which established a CAE technology platform based on B/S in foundry industry for public service was achieved and applied. The practice proves that the platform based on network technology, and combined with MAGMAsoft which is a numerical simulation software for foundry process, can offer long-range CAE technology service for small and medium enterprises of foundry, and help enterprises analyse defect, improve the design and productivity, also lower the cost of using CAE technology and casting production.
