摘 要:根据铸件外形特征,在其表面关键部位贴上标识点,使用高分辨率数字摄像机采集立体像对,结合特征点提取与三维重构技术,提出了一种铸件外形尺寸检测的新方法。与一般测量手段相比,该方法具有非接触性、快速高效、低成本等显著优势,适用于复杂铸件外表面和大中型铸件的尺寸测量工作。试验结果表明,该方法可以快速有效地完成铸件尺寸测量,实现铸件与模型的外形比对。Stereo images of casting are captured with high resolution digital camera, after the markers have been set on the surface according to the characteristics of the shape. Based on the combination of corner detection and 3D reconstruction technology, this paper proposes a new method for overall dimension measurement of castings. Compared with the general methods, it has some remarkable advantages, such as non-contact, high effectiveness and low-cost and is suitable for overall dimension measurements of complex casting surfaces and large or medium castings. The experiment results show that the new method can efficiently and accurately measure the overall dimension of castings and intercompare the shapes of castings and models.
