摘  要:铸型涂料的质量直接影响铸件的质量,铸型涂料的悬浮稳定性是控制涂料质量的一项重要指标。用标准容积称量法测定涂料悬浮性,设计一套不同容积的标准容器取样杯,分别测出涂料上、中、下三段的密度,然后对密度数据进行分析计算,得出涂料悬浮性值。这种方法既能测定涂料抵抗分层的能力,又能测定抵抗沉淀的能力。The mould coating quality affects the casting quality directly, and the suspension stability of the mould coating is the main factor in controlling of the coating quality. The standard volume weight method was employed to measuring the suspension stability of coating, and a set of standard sampling cups with different volumes were designed. The density of the coating in upper, middle and lower sections were measured, then the suspension value of coating can be deduced through analysis and computation to the density data. By this method both the coating's lamination resistance and the precipitation resistance can be determined.
