摘  要:为降低冲天炉熔炼中铸铁的合金元素被烧损的程度,将冲天炉由侧吹送风改为中央送风,集中燃烧,并采取低风口风速,控制最佳风量,采用合理的小块焦炭等措施,与改进炉膛形状的方法相结合,采取了与其相适应的一系列合理的技术参数,提高了铁液温度,降低了硅锰烧损程度。In order to lower the melting loss of alloying elements in the cast iron during melting with cupola, the cupola is improved from side blast to the central blast, at the same time some measures are adopted such as using the lower wind speed, controlling the optimal air flow, and using small pieces of coke, etc. Combining with the method of improving the shape of hearth, and through selecting a series of reasonable technical parameters, the temperature of iron melt is increased, and the melting loss of Si and Mn is decreased finally.
