摘　　要：高原特殊环境下如何实施科学救援,最大限度地保障人民生命安全是救援的核心。本文围绕高原救援的特殊性,从做好思想疏导,正确认识高原环境;做好救援组织,减少急性高原病的发生;做好人群巡诊,加强高原病的早期救治等方面介绍了高原病的预防和治疗,对高原救援具有实际指导意义。It is the central part of rescue in high altitude to practice scientific rescue and to ensure utmost life and safety of people.In this article,we discussed the specificity of rescue in high altitude,and introduced measures with prevention and treatment of high altitude diseases,including how to commit psychological counseling for correct recognition of high altitude environment,how to work on rescue organization to reduce the incidences of high altitude diseases,how to make enough rounds of visits and emphasis on early remedy of high altitude diseases,etc.We hope this article can practically guide rescue practice in high altitude.
