摘　　要：伏立诺他是一种新型的分子靶向抗肿瘤药物,通过抑制组蛋白去乙酰基酶(histone deacetylase,HDAC)而使细胞周期停滞和/或细胞凋亡。它是美国FDA批准的第一个用于治疗经两个全身治疗方案后仍进展、耐药或复发的具有明显皮肤侵犯的皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(CTCL)的HDAC抑制剂。文中概述了其药理毒理、药动学、不良反应、注意事项和药物相互作用等方面的内容。Vorinostat is a novel targeted antitumor drug,which can induce cell cycle arrest and/or apoptosis by inhibiting the enzymatic activity of histone deacetylases（HDAC）.It is the first HDAC inhibitor approved by FDA for the treatment of patients with cutaneous T cell lymphoma（CTCL） who have progressive,persistent or recurrent disease on or following two systemic therapies.This paper described the pharmacology and toxicology,pharmacokinetics,adverse reactions,warnings and precautions,and drug interactions of vorinostat.
