摘　　要：目的预防或减少医院感染纠纷。方法依据医疗管理法规及临床诊疗规范对医院感染纠纷进行法律责任分析。结果通过对医院感染纠纷的预防教育,使医护人员依法执业,减少纠纷的产生。结论 4个法律要件构成是确认感染纠纷责任的基础与核心,以此为依据才能公正、合理地化解医疗纠纷。OBJECTIVE To prevent or reduce the nosocomial infectious disputes.METHODS Legal liabilities to nosocomial infectious disputes were analyzed according to medical management laws and regulations,rules of clinical diagnosis and treatment.RESULTS Disputes were avoided or reduced since medical practitioners took laws and regulations into consideration after being educated about the prevention of infectious disputes.CONCLUSIONS The four legal elements constitutes the foundation and core in the confirmation of infectious disputes responsibilities,based on which infectious disputes can be fairly and reasonably dealt with.
