摘　　要：目的分析心血管病专科医院面临的医院感染压力及探讨可行解决方案。方法统计阜外医院近年来医院感染发生率,并在分析具体原因。结果伴随人民生活水平提高、生活方式改变,以及人类平均寿命延长,老年慢性心血管病患者逐年增多,并与急危重患者、婴幼儿患者共同成为医院感染的高危人群;严格执行各项规章制度、加强培训,并建设适合于心血管病专科医院感染预防控制的硬件条件是最终解决方案。结论心血管专科医院面临的医院感染压力呈上升趋势;将硬件建设与常规管理有机结合是降低医院感染发生率的有效手段。OBJECTIVE To analyze the situation of hospital infection in a cardiovascular hospital and explore solutions to this problem.METHODS The incidence rate of hospital infection in Fuwai Hospital was calculated and analyzed.RESULTS Along with the improvement of people′s livelihood,the change in lifestyles and the prolongation of the life expectancy,the morbidity of cardiovascular disease presentsed ascendant trend recently.The patients with cardiovascular disease and critical illness were impressionable to hospital infection.Therefore,the pressure of hospital infection in cardiovascular professional hospital was rising.CONCLUSIONS The best effective measure against the hospital infection is the combination of the building of institution hardware with regular management in cardiovascular hospital.
