器械包医用皱纹纸包裹方式与存放时间的研究

摘　　要：目的通过对器械包医用皱纹纸的两种包裹方式和存放时间的比较,探讨不同的包裹方式对再生器械包的灭菌效果、阻菌效果的影响。方法试验器械包使用大小配套的双层皱纹纸,采用信封式和被盖式包裹方法 ,经规范的灭菌后;将两种器械包随机分为3组,放到医院的二类和三类环境中保存,在不同的时间对器械包进行抽检。结果两种包裹方法均达到灭菌效果,在医院通常存在的Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境中存放240d内未检出细菌生长。结论两种不同的包裹方式,均能达到良好的灭菌效果、阻菌性能和适应相关标准的存放时间,双层配套包裹可有效增加单层皱纹纸的抗张力度,从而减少器械包破损现象的发生。OBJECTIVE To discuss the sterilization and blocking effect against bacteria of instruments packag by medical wrinkle paper with by two methods and calculate the preservation time.METHODS The instrument kits sets were packaged in envelop manner or quilt manner by double layers.After standardized sterilization,the two kinds of pacuages were divided into three groups,preserved in class Ⅱand class Ⅲ environment of the hospital,and selectively examined in different time.RESULTS The results showed no growth of bacteria in both of the two kinds of packagings,which had been kept in class Ⅱand class Ⅲ environment for 210 days.CONCLUSIONS The two kinds of packaging methods can get effective sterilization and blocking bacteria capability and adapt the preservation time in meet of correlated standard.The double layer packaging is better in resisting tension than monolayer to reduce the disrepair rate.
