摘　　要：目的探讨血源性职业防护教育培训方法 ,为建立适合我国国情的教育方案提供依据。方法回顾分析2006～2008年医院开展的多形式血源性职业防护教育培训体系。结果多形式血源性职业防护教育培训体系,改变了医务人员不良工作行为,提高了职业防护能力,锐器伤发生率呈逐年下降趋势,培训前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多形式防护教育活动,是改变临床护士职业暴露防护态度和行为的关键;持续强化的教育培训,是有效减少临床护士锐器伤的重要措施;营造良好的安全学习氛围,可有效激发临床护士全员参与控制管理的意识。OBJECTIVE To explore the training method for protective education against occupational exposure in blood-otransmitted disease,and provide basis for building an education project suitable for the development in our country.METHODS The multi-forms training system against hematogenic occupational exposure carried from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS The multi-form training system of against hematogenic occupational exposure changed the undesirable behavior of medical staff,improved the ability of occupational protection,and decreased the incidence rate of sharp injuries year after year which by comparing before training,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Multi-form protection and education activity is an important measure which can decrease sharps injuries among clinical nurses effectively,and create a favorable atmosphere for safety study which can effectively stimulate the clinical nurses building a sense of control and management.
