摘 要:目的探讨香莲外洗液诱导耐药白色假丝酵母菌恢复对抗真菌药物的敏感性。方法以白色假丝酵母菌国际标准耐药菌株SC5314为材料,应用微量肉汤稀释法确定耐药菌株对氟康唑恢复敏感性。结果经香莲外洗液作用后,耐药菌株SC5314培养至第六代恢复对氟康唑敏感,其MIC为0.25μg/ml;而无香莲外洗液作用的对照组,耐药SC5314培养至第十六代才恢复对氟康唑敏感。结论香莲外洗液能较快诱导耐药白色假丝酵母菌恢复对氟康唑的敏感性,其将有助于白色假丝酵母菌病的治疗。OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of Xianglian lotion on regaining the sensitivity of drug-resistant Candida albicans in vitro.METHODS The micro-broth dilution method was used to detect the regained sensitivity of C.albicans international standard strain SC5314.RESULTS Processed by Xianglian lotion,the drug-resistant strain SC5314 regained the sensitivity to fluconazole after the sixth passage culture,and the MIC was 0.25 μg/ml;however,in the control group,without use of the Xianglian loution,the drug-resitant strain SC5314 regained sensitivity to fluconazole only after the 16th-passage culture.CONCLUSIONS The Xianglian lotion can induce fluconazole-resistant C.albicans SC5314 to regain the sensitivity to fluconazole,which will contribute to clinical treatment of Candidiasis albicans infectious diseases.
