摘　　要：农村公路建设用地的有效控制对社会主义新农村建设的顺利实施有着重要的现实意义。在分析我国农村公路建设用地存在问题的基础上,以土地可持续利用理论为指导,提出了合理使用公路建设用地的基本要求,确定了农村公路建设用地控制指标体系及评价标准,并建立了农村公路建设用地控制的综合评价模型,同时,设置了农村公路建设用地控制检查表,从定性的角度评价农村公路建设用地,为农村公路建设方案评价决策提供依据。The effective land use control in the process of rural highway construction plays an important practical significance in New Socialist Countryside development. In the analysis of land use problems in rural highway construction in China, and based on the utilizes of sustainable land use theory, a basic requirements for rational land use of highway construction is put forward,a rural road construction land use control evaluation index system and a land use control evaluation criterion are set up. Finally, a comprehensive land use control model for rural highway construction is established. During the process of the evaluation, for those issues that do not suitable for quantitative assessment, a rural road construction land use control checklist from a qualitative point of view is presented.
