摘 要:目的研究红树伴生植物山石榴(Catunaregam spinosa Tirveng)的化学成分。方法采用各种现代色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从山石榴地上部分的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到12个木脂素类化合物,分别为erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl ether(Ⅰ),threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl ether(Ⅱ),erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferylaldehyde ether(Ⅲ),threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl aldehyde ether(Ⅳ),erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-ferulic acid ether(Ⅴ),threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-ferulic acid ether(Ⅵ),异落叶松脂醇(isolariciresinol,Ⅶ),lyoniresinol(Ⅷ),5′-甲氧基异落叶松脂醇(5′-me-thoxyisolariciresinol,Ⅸ),(7R,8S)ficusal(Ⅹ),balanophonin(Ⅺ)和5″-methoxy-4″-O-(8-guaiacylglycerol)buddlenol A(Ⅻ)。结论12个木脂素类化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of mangrove associated Catunaregam spinosa.METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by various modern chromatography techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis.RESULTS Twelve lignan compounds were obtained from the stem bark of Chinese mangrove associate C.spinosa.and elucidated as erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl ether(Ⅰ),threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl ether(Ⅱ),erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl aldehyde ether(Ⅲ),threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl aldehyde ether(Ⅳ),erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-ferulic acid ether(Ⅴ),threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-ferulic acid ether(Ⅵ),isolariciresinol(Ⅶ),lyoniresinol(Ⅷ),5′-methoxyisolariciresinol(Ⅸ),(7R,8S) ficusal(Ⅹ),balanophonin(Ⅺ) and 5″-methoxy-4″-O-(8-guaiacylglycerol) buddlenol A(Ⅻ).CONCLUSION Twelve compounds were all obtained from Catunaregam genus for the first time.
