摘 要:近些年,在煤化工领域,中科院先后涌现出了多项重大科技成果,煤化工项目实现规模产业化,都是通过与社会优势资源结合,采用共赢的模式,最优化地实现了工业化过程,为国家的经济建设发挥了重要作用。本文通过对山西煤化所煤制油项目产业化过程的回顾和总结,重点剖析了具有复杂技术集成特征的重大科技成果由实验室迈向产业过程中的社会化本质规律,探究研究机构重大科技成果产业化的破冰之路,并对合成油技术公司未来的发展提出了思考。In recent years, a lot of major scientific and technological achievements are coming forward in the field of coal chemical industry in Chinese Academy of Sciences. In order to realize scale production of the project in coal chemical industry, it is the inevitable modes that incorporation with the social optimized resources, adopting the jointly gaining modes, have most optimized the process of the industrialization and have given much contribution to the economic construction of the country. By reviewing and summarizing the case of the industrialization process of the project of coal synthetic oil in Shanxi Institute of Coal Chemistry, the paper emphatically dissects the essential rules of socialization that the with complicated technological integrating features from the maj lab or scientific and technological achievements to the industry, explores the icebreaking (pioneering) way for the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements of research institutions, and submits suggestions to the future development of the Zhongke coal synthetic oil Co.Ltd
