摘  要:在自密实混凝土初步配合比基础上,通过试验研究了聚羧酸与脂肪族高效减水剂复合对混凝土拌合物和易性和抗压强度影响。试验结果表明:两者以适宜掺量复合时,能使混凝土拌合物的和易性满足自密实要求,两者在一定范围内变化时,混凝土7 d和28 d抗压强度存在峰值。在以上研究基础上,通过调整粉煤灰掺量使混凝土28 d抗压强度满足强度等级要求,并对优化后的自密实混凝土进行了经济分析。On the basis of preliminary mix proportion of self-compacting concrete,the influences of composites of superplasticizer admixture of aliphatics and polycarboxylates to the workability and the compressive strength of concrete are researched by experiment.The results show that, when the amount of mix content is appropriate,the workability of concrete mix meets the requirement of self-compacting,when the amount of mix content change in a certain range,the concrete exist the peak values of compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d.Based upon above research,ad-justment of the dosage of fly ash makes the 28 d compressive strength of the concrete to meet the requirements of strength grade.The economic analysis of self-compacting concrete which has been optimized is made.
