摘 要:研究了机制砂泥粉含量与亚甲蓝MB值的关系,采用双曲线函数的收缩表达式探讨了两者对砂浆干燥收缩值的影响规律。结果表明:机制砂的MB值与泥粉含量成线性关系,直线斜率受控于泥粉的液限指数;机制砂泥粉含量和MB值的提高,均增加砂浆的干燥收缩和加快收缩的发展进程,且用MB值能更好地评估和预测砂浆的干燥收缩终值。The relationship between methylene blue MB value and clay content of manufactured sand were studied,and the effect of the two as-pects on drying shrinkage of mortar were discussed by using hyperbolic function.Results showed that,MB value had a linear correlation with the clay content of the manufactured sand,and the slope of straight line was controlled by the liquid limit index of clay powder;the drying shrinkage of mortar increased and the shrinkage process developed faster,with MB value and clay content of manufactured sand increased,and the final dry-ing shrinkage value of mortar could be assessed and predicted by MB value better.
