摘 要:目的观察三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法快速监测体位垫清洁消毒效果应用的可能性。方法采用棉拭涂抹法采样和三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法,对手术后体位垫表面清洁消毒后细菌含量进行检测,同时与细菌培养计数法作平行比较。结果三磷酸腺苷生物荧光检测结果合格率为96.66%,细菌培养计数检测结果合格率为93.33%,两者检测结果基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三磷酸腺苷生物发光法检测所需费用比细菌培养计数法低8.07元,且前者出结果快。结论三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法能快速监测体位垫清洁消毒效果,且操作成本较低。Objective To observe the possibility of application of rapid ATP bioluminescence assay to monitoring the effects of cleaning and disinfection of posture mat. Methods Cotton swab sampling and ATP bioluminescence assay were carried out to test the bacteria counting of the surface of post-operative posture pad after cleaning and disinfection,compared to the bacterial culture counting method at the same time. Results The pass rates of ATP bioluminescence test and bacterial culture test were 96.66% and 93.33% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P0.05). The ATP bioluminescence assay could save 8.07 yuan and obtained results more quickly compared to bacterial culture counting. Conclusion ATP bioluminescence assay can rapidly detect the effect of cleaning and disinfection of posture mat with less cost.
