摘 要:目的观察纳米银对幽门螺杆菌体外抗菌效果。方法采用琼脂稀释法,检测纳米银最低抑菌浓度,同时用纸片扩散法比较纳米银与常用抗生素抑菌作用。结果纳米银对幽门螺杆菌标准株最低抑菌浓度为15.625mg/L。体外实验的临床分离菌株169株,有166株对纳米银敏感,敏感率为98.22%。有93株对阿莫西林敏感,敏感率为55.03%;有122株对克拉霉素敏感,敏感率为72.19%;只有2株对甲硝唑敏感,敏感率仅为1.18%。结论纳米银对幽门螺杆菌标准株有较强的抑菌作用,临床分离幽门螺杆菌对常用抗生素敏感率明显低于纳米银。Objective To observe the external bacteriostasis effect of Nano-silver on helicobacter pylori. Methods Agar dilution Test and slip diffusion method were performed to detect the MIC concentration of Nano-silver and to compare the bacteriostasis effect on HP of Nano-silver to common antibiotic. Results The MIC of Nano-silver for standard Helicobacter pylori was 15.625 mg/L. Among 169 clinical isolates tested,166 isolates (98.22%) were sensitive to Nano-silver,93 isolates (55.03%) were sensitive to amoxicillin and 122 (72.19%) to Clarithromycin. Only 2 isolates(1.18%) were sensitive to metronidazole. Conclusion Nano-silver has strong bacteriostatic action on Helicobacter pylori and the sensitivity of clinical isolates of H. pylori to common antibiotics is significantly lower than that of used nano-silver.
