微波治疗宫颈糜烂有效功率的探讨

摘　　要：目的筛取治疗不同程度宫颈糜烂的微波有效功率。方法应用不同的微波功率(50W,51W,52W,≥53W)针对轻、中、重度宫颈糜烂进行治疗,治疗后2个月复查宫颈愈合情况,评定疗效。结果中度宫颈糜烂适宜应用52W,53W,轻度糜烂适宜应用50W,51W,重度糜烂适宜应用≥53W。结论选择微波精确有效的功率治疗不同程度的宫颈糜烂,可以达到理想的治疗效果。Objective To select the effective microwave power for different severities of cervical erosion.Methods Two months after mild,moderate and severe cervical erosions were treated with different microwave powers（50W,51W,52W,≥53W）,the healing of cervical erosion was detected and the therapeutic effect of microwave power was evaluated.Results Moderate,mild and severe cervical erosions were healed after treated with 52W and 53W,50W and 51W,and ≥53W of microwave power,respectively.Conclusion Satisfactory therapeutic effect can be achieved in different severities of cervical erosion using the accurate and effective microwave power.
