摘  要:从改善冶炼耐候钢工艺出发,分析了转炉供氧强度提高对冶炼周期、终点磷含量、耗氧量的影响。实践表明,供氧流量增加5%后,每炉冶炼周期缩短1.53min,终点磷含量变化较小,每炉耗氧量减少93.94m3,降低了成本,提高了产能。Proceeding from the refining technologies of the weather resistant steel the present paper analyzes the effects of the intensity of oxygen supply on the smelting cycle, end point phosphor content and oxygen consumption. Practical results show that by increasing 5 % oxygen flow the smelting cycle per heat can be reduced by 1.53 min and the change of the end point phosphor content is of insignificance and the oxygen consumption per heat reduced by 93.94 m^3. Thus the production cost is lowered and productivity raised obviously.
