摘  要:以转炉炼钢过程为研究对象,建立了分析模型,对转炉炼钢能量转换过程进行了分析。结果表明,转炉吨钢损失为439.54MJ,其中外部损失占总损失的比例为96.63%,转炉渣排放引起的损失比例为69.29%。减少转炉炼钢过程损失重点在于转炉渣量的控制和转炉渣余热的回收与利用。The energy conversion process in the converter steel-making is analyzed by building up a energy analysis model for the purpose of study on the converter steel-making process. Results show that the exergy loss is 439. 54 MJ per ton, in which external loss takes up about 96. 63 % of total loss, and the exergy loss induced by converter deslagging is about 69. 29 % of total exergy loss. Pivot points for reduction of the energy loss in the process of converter steel-making are controlling the converter slag amount and reclaiming and reusing the residual heat of the converter slag.
