摘 要:以转炉炼钢过程为研究对象,建立了分析模型,对转炉炼钢能量转换过程进行了分析。结果表明,转炉吨钢损失为439.54MJ,其中外部损失占总损失的比例为96.63%,转炉渣排放引起的损失比例为69.29%。减少转炉炼钢过程损失重点在于转炉渣量的控制和转炉渣余热的回收与利用。The energy conversion process in the converter steel-making is analyzed by building up a energy analysis model for the purpose of study on the converter steel-making process. Results show that the exergy loss is 439. 54 MJ per ton, in which external loss takes up about 96. 63 % of total loss, and the exergy loss induced by converter deslagging is about 69. 29 % of total exergy loss. Pivot points for reduction of the energy loss in the process of converter steel-making are controlling the converter slag amount and reclaiming and reusing the residual heat of the converter slag.
