摘　　要：介绍了副枪的作用和宝山钢铁股份公司第二炼钢厂4号、5号转炉原有引进副枪系统设备构成、操作特点以及存在的缺陷,提出了切实可行的改造方案。通过设备改造和操作优化,解决了原副枪系统存在的问题,达到了改造的预期目标,掌握了副枪系统设计、施工的关键技术,为其他厂家新建、改造副枪系统提供了实践经验。The present paper introduces the functions of sub-lance, its features and the disadvantages existing in operation in the No. 2 Steel-making Plant of Baosteel and brings forwards the doable optimization projects. By means of equipment revamp and process optimization the problems existing in the original sub-lance systems are solved and the expected goals for the revamp achieved and the key technologies for the design and construction of the sub-lance system mastered, thus practical experience is accumulated for construction and revamp of the sub-lane system of the similar kind in the other works.
