关于提升我国阅读疗法研究水平的思考

摘　　要：所谓阅读疗法就是通过阅读图书达到治疗心理疾病。目前我国的阅读疗法研究与先进国家相比存在着较大差距。提升我国阅读疗法研究水平对于缓解心理紧张、保障心理健康、保持社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。为此,阅读疗法应回归到社会学的主流研究领域,全社会应该重视大学生的心理健康问题,阅读疗法的推广应该得到全社会的关注。Reading therapy is an effective measure treating psychological problems through book reading.However,the study of reading therapy in China lags far behind the advanced countries.The study of reading therapy is of even greater importance considering its potential role in relieving psychological stress.Therefore,it is held that reading therapy should have its position in mainstream research field in China and the whole society should lend its support to the popularization of reading therapy.
