摘　　要：在介绍医院知识管理产生的背景及研究现状的基础上,论述了医院知识管理的内涵以及建立医院知识共享机制、医院知识管理系统的主要内容,医院知识管理与科技知识创新的关系,提出了要从战略保障、组织保障、人力资源保障、技术保障、制度保障和文化保障等6个方面来建立医院知识管理保障机制。The connotation of knowledge managements, the main contents of knowledge-sharing mechanism and management system in hospitals, and the relation between knowledge management and innovative scientific knowledge were discussed after an introduction of the background of knowledge management in hospitals and its current research. The authors pointed out that a support mechanism for knowledge management in hospitals should be established from the aspects of strategy, organization, human resources, technique, system and culture.
