摘　　要：介绍了网络环境下图书馆个性化信息服务现状和计算机远程协助技术及特点,探讨了图书馆如何利用计算机远程协助技术为用户提供个性化信息服务,以提高用户满意度和服务效果,实现"以人为本"的终极目标。How to provide personalized information service in a library for its customers by making use of computer remote assistance techniques was discussed in an attempt to improve its service, increase the satisfaction degree of its users, and reach its final ＂people-oriented＂ target, after an introduction of the current situation of per- sonalized information service in libraries, computer remote assistance techniques and their characteristics under net- work environment.
