摘　　要：在分析新建本科院校图书馆资源配置存在问题的基础上,指出了优化配置应遵循特色性、系统性和与时俱进的原则,并提出了拓宽经费来源、抓好硬件设施的建设等措施。The authors pointed out that optimal allocation of resources in libraries of newly founded colleges and universities should comply with the characteristic and systematic principles as well as the principle of develop- ment with the time after an analysis of its related problems, with some measures proposed for it ＂such as expansion of expense sources and construction of hardware facilities.
