纯艾条温和灸治疗胎位不正100例

摘　　要：目的观察纯艾条温和灸治疗胎位不正的临床疗效。方法将200例胎位不正患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组采用纯艾条温和灸至阴穴,对照组采用胸膝卧位治疗。结果治疗组治愈91例,未愈9例,总有效率为91.00%。对照组治愈72例,未愈28例,总有效率为72.00%。两组治疗效果有显著性差异(P<0.05),且在同样治愈的病例中,治疗组施治天数明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论纯艾灸温和灸至阴穴治疗胎位不正有较好疗效。Objective：Study on Clinical Effect of Malpresentation by Mildness Moxibustion. Methods 200 patients with Malpresentation were randomly divided into 2groups,every group has 100 cases. The treatement group were treated with mildness Moxibustion at Point Zhiyin, the control group were treated with Knee-Chest Position. Results In treatement group,Cure occurred in 91 cases and ineffectiveness in 9 cases,the total effective rates reached 91. 00% ; In control group,Cure occurred in 72 cases and ineffectiveness in 28 cases,the total effective rates reached 72. 00% . The efficacy had significantly changed in the two groups（P 〈0. 05）. The time with which patients had been cured was significantly in the treatement group was significantly less than the control group. Conclusions Mildness moxibustion has more evidente effect on malpresentation.
